Theater and Finals- urg.

So on Wednesday I auditioned for my school play, Once on This Island, which will be presented in October. i tried out for several main roles, but alas, I'm a peasant. Oh, well. I've always wanted to be in this show and am looking forward to rehearsals.
Next week is finals week in school :( but then it's SUMMER!!!! I'm going to my favorite overnight camp for a month and am really excited!

I feel weird, writing to absolutely no followers, but it gives me a sense of peace that I'm actually updating this...

Life is good :)

So my life is generally not that interesting. But, today was an exception. Today was "Freshmen Community Service Day" at my school! My SLAM (student led advisory meetings) group went to make a garden for a Bishop- it was pretty awesome. And also, i saw the BEST graffiti in a bathroom stall at school- it said "PLEASE DON'T VANDALIZE" in sharpie.....so naturally I put a post-it note up that said "hypocrite!"

Hello interwebular people! So, until anybody follows me, nobody will see this. Oh, well!

So, first off, my name's Maraika! I'm 14 and I live in Vermont. This blog will be about my life, which, as you can see, involves a lot of school, traveling, and theater! I consider myself an actress, I love to travel, and most of my time is spent at school. I will try to post often!
